Rather than a lecture that merely listed laws and systems, the emphasis was placed on explaining, from the perspective of the practitioners, at which point in the debt management process which legal actions should be considered, what to do first after a non-performing loan occurs, and what judgments are required for each individual case.
Debt management involves several stages linked like a chain, from debt origination to recovery, provisional attachment, compulsory execution, and post-management. Therefore, throughout the lecture, it was emphasized that practical judgment in selecting necessary measures at the appropriate time is as important as understanding the legal meaning of each procedure.

Attorney Yoon Hye-ryeong pointed out that in debt management, the ability to judge what actions to take and when is as important as legal understanding. She explained that this special lecture was therefore structured around cases frequently encountered in exercising subrogation rights, taking legal action, and managing non-performing loans, so that practitioners at regional credit guarantee foundations could immediately apply the knowledge in the field.
